We actually ended up not using this company just because of the location of our apartment. However we got incredible service with great communication up until we realized it wouldn't work out. We will definitely go back to Sir if ever needed again!

Dave did a great job on our tile & carpet. I'm happy with the outcome. Cheryl in the office was very nice too. Next carpet cleaning I'll be calling Sir Carpet & Tile. Two of our neighbors recommended them.

This is the second time I've used Sir Carpet. I've been happy each time. And I've never seen someone work as hard as Dave did cleaning my carpet! He did an exceptional job and I won't ever use another carpet cleaning service other than Sir Carpet!

Dave did an amazing job!! Very professional and not pushy at all. I'm on a budget and there is so many options out there and I did not know how to go about picking someone, well I picked the right one. Having a busy schedule, they came at the time they said they would, which helped me tremendously! The price was exactly what I wanted to pay!! Would definitely recommend Dave and Sir Carpets to anyone! Love my carpets again!! (My tile is next!!) Thanks Dave!!!

I was so happy with the work Dave did for me. Our tile floors look like new, the grout is beautiful. He worked very hard without stopping. He was even helpful in corralling my cat, which he had to work around all day. He was prompt, and professional at a very, very reasonable rate. Thank you. I called them directly after seeing the groupon and I got the same deal. Dave was good about offering extras to my deal and I can't argue the cost against how hard he worked. I think I got a great rate and work. I am so happy with my floors!
