I originally called this notary, "Dee", as a replacement for a prior notary whom was incompetent. During the course of my contact with her I was quoted a rate considerably less than the incompetent notary that I had already paid. It was $25 less! That was excellent. ... She did something ethical at her own expense. This was very impressive and exposed a level of honesty anyone would want in a business person performing services on your behalf. When speaking with Dee you can immediately get a sense of her professionalism and knowledge. Whenever I need another notary, she will be my first choice!

I was not able to use Deana because she would be out of town when I needed the service. I was very impressed with her professionalism when I inquired about needed her services and how helpful she was in finding another provider when she couldn't help me. She obviously was more concerned with me obtaining quality service when I needed it rather than trying to sell me her services when she was available. I am very impressed and will definitely use her services when needed in the future.

Amazing service!! Deana is very professional and goes beyond in her patience and service. My mom needed some documents signed and my mom is less than the easiest to deal with and Deana remained patient and kind. I never heard of a mobile service, but glad I did living out of state. Not only did Deana have to go back to notarize, she dropped off the signed papers at UPS so they could be mailed back to me. I will use her always if needed in Phoenix area.
