Great place to start a yoga practice to learn proper alignment. Teachers are amazing and each one has a unique style which keeps it interesting! I like to try different studios around Seattle and I've yet to find one quite as dedicated to proper alignment of postures. The cues given to help focus and guide postures with breath have stayed with me throughout my practice! I wish parking was not so problematic... Plan on leaving extra early if you're driving as the Ballard bridge and the parking situation can at best, leave you stressed and and sorely in need of some yoga/deep breaths... and sadly sometimes for me... a missed class. or two.. or more.

This studio is so amazing! After two months of hunting for my "home" studio in my area, I've finally found it! The staff is so friendly, helpful, energetic, sweet, the list goes on! The classes are also so empowering, with amazing flow, a nice mix of water and fire.. they wear you out and keep you grounded.

In the 3 years that I was a regular there, I wore my old goodwill work out clothes and didn't look like a model for yoga journal with my crooked teeth and perpetual bad hair days, but my body got really strong, my mind felt really steady and my ability to handle stress was improved immensely. ...
