  1st I would like to Thank Robert for all his had work. I am a single mother, and not very excited about the idea of having men in my home or dealing with heating issue I have know clue about. (I'm just a Yoga Instructor) Robert was very respectful, clean, and open to answer all the annoying questions I had for him. Despite a repair bill just a little over $300, everything was quick, professional, honest and done correctly, because my heat was on in less than 2 hours. I'm glad I chose to use Secure Comfort for my heating issues. I did not feel pressure in anyway, he understood my hesitation at 1st, and allowed me to choose what I wanted to do vs pressuring me to purchase a new unit, even though the unit is over 15 years old.

  Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Robert explained that our current system was held together with tape and it was on its last leg. Due to the previous owner disregard for installation that met code, He would be unable to repair existing system.
  
  His crew were timely in the installation and Preston even went beyond to clean up some damage installation in the attic and made a minor repair to our roof. This is what a true professional does - goes above and beyond to make the customer happy.
  
  Thanks to the Team at Secure Comfort, our house has been this comfortable since we moved in over 5 years ago.

  I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Robert was very professional - he called to ask if he could come early for our appointment. When a problem was found he showed me the problem, explained it thoroughly and gave me options. He gave us what I thought was a very fair price up front before any work was done and completed the job in only a few hours. I am very happy with the repair and would not hesitate to recommend them.

  ... Two technicians spent almost 3 hours in our home working hard to diagnose why thermostats were not and the bill was only $60. The best part is Robert called back the next morning saying he wanted to return to the home and try something he researched after he had finished the nigh before. He returned the next day and was able to get to the bottom of the problem- taking apart a probe within the boiler. No charge for the return visit! Secure comfort provided excellent service and we will certainly call them back.
