Whether you're just looking to improve your technological proficiency or need help with a specific IT issue, Scull's Angels has you covered. The staff is incredibly knowledgable, friendly, and efficient, and will go out of their way to make sure all your problems are solved and needs are met - as quickly as possible. I found them to be incredibly accommodating and patient in helping me with my iPhone and MacBook Pro, including developing a backup solution that allows me to work around the clock, without losing sleep over whether my data is safe. I've turned to Scull's Angels repeatedly for help with both hardware and software, and they always come through. Now that I have them on my speed dial, I'll never wait in line at the Genius Bar again.

This is the note I sent to the Apple Store about Scull's Angels, a computer/IT consultancy firm: "Hi TJ. Last week you referred me to Jamie at Scull's Angels for consultancy on marketing via smartphone. I simply can't imagine how I could have had a better experience. Before our meeting I spoke briefly with Jamie over the phone and sent him a list of 5 topics I wanted information on. Not only did he cover all of those topics in depth, but he did so in a fashion that exactly matched the concerns of my company. After years as a Supreme Court judge, I returned to the practice of law. Scull's Angels set up computer systems, coached me in using Macs, iPhones, iPads, and various software, and are reachable every time I need them. I was used to the P.C. and thought that was the standard for the legal profession. But the guys at Scull's Angels have shown me that Macs are the way to go.

It is not every day that you can find someone young who gets the technology and also is patient with those of us over, well at least fifty who want to use all the cool tools but may not have the facility that younger users do. Jamie never goes too fast, he is willing to repeat, to teach it a different way or to take the broken machines away and promptly return with new working devices.He can upgrade systems, teach tricks, and undo messes. Hire him he is great.
