Save the Date Event Planning. LLC is owned and operated by partners who have serviced the event industry for over 10 years. Collectively we have planned and managed over 250 events. These events range from bridal showers with 25 guests to corporate events with 2,500 attendees. Our experience has provided us the opportunity to manage event budgets ranging from $500 to $2.5 Million. We are capable of managing transportation, hotel accommodations, vendor contracts, food and beverage menus, décor, audio-visual, as well as on-site implementation.
We have a solid understanding of what the City of Indianapolis and its surrounding communities have to offer, however, we also have experience planning events in various states and countries all over the world including Italy, China, Austria, Chile, the United Kingdom and France.
We understand the desire for tasteful, unique and creative events to be designed by helpful and experienced planners. We recognize that the appearance of the event is a direct reflection of the host or hostess. Read more

To put into a simple review how amazing Dawn and Jen were is nearly impossible. Aaron and I could not say enough about this dynamic duo. I am forever grateful for the amazing job they did making our wedding go seamlessly and still it felt like us in every way. I was rarely stressed during the process, because they truly devoted themselves to our wedding. I have had many people tell me how beautiful and perfect our wedding was and the second comment after has been, those planners are amazing! ... They are just so wonderful we are so thankful we found them.

Jen and Dawn were fantastic! From the very beginning they were extremely responsive; gave us advice to improve our experience and the experience of our guests; and took care of every little detail, especially those that are often forgotten. Our vendors even commented on their professionalism and promptness. Our wedding went off without a hitch due to the hard work of Jen and Dawn - and at an incredible value. We were able to remain relaxed and and truly enjoyed every moment of our wedding! It was perfect and more than we could have hoped for. Thank you, Save the Date!

Jen and Dawn are AMAZING and so much fun to work with! I'm actually going to miss meeting with them because we always had such a good time. I was able to relax on my wedding day because of their amazing organizational and planning skills. Also, they designed our wedding and nailed exactly what I was wanting. It was perfect and I got so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked. They listen to what you want and have a way of still making it your own. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

Dawn, Jen and Erin from Save the Date Event Planning were excellent to work with in every way. They made the wedding planning experience enjoyable with their professionalism, creativity and thoroughness. I was totally confident in their abilities and was able to relax during the entire wedding weekend and know that all of the details were being handled.
