    Nathan is very personable and responsive. I'm back in shape after major foot surgery, looking to take things to the next level, and I'm really excited to be working with him to prevent further injuries and improve my performance.

    I did a training session with Nathan and was very pleased with the variety of the workout. For me this was geared toward running strength and balance to improve technic and strength. I look forward to the upcoming group trainings!

    I’m so grateful I found Nathan to help me get through both the physical and mental challenges of recovering from foot surgeries. As a distance runner, I was concerned that I might not be able to run again, or that it wouldn’t be the same, or I’d hurt something else in the process.
