I attend two sessions at Rose PT. The FMS seminar and Strength Training For Athletes were both very informative and helpful. The knowledgeable staff was there to lead different exercises and point out issues in form that can lead to injury. I highly recommend Rose PT to anyone in the D.C. Area looking for an edge in any aspect of their training and recovery.

I attended a free Winter Training Injury Prevention for Athletes session a week ago and the instructor provided a few exercises for my injured ankle and I felt instant relief. As I continue the few moves she recommended the pain has not returned. I am so grateful for their expertise and services. I highly recommend them!

No better place for physical therapy in DC! Awesome staff and a great office. This is the only place I will go for anything from working out a joint issue to getting some dry-needling on a muscle that just isn't right.

I had plantar fasciitis, and have been treated in the past using massage, electrical stimulation and, of course, rest. I tried out Rose Physical Therapy and was very very pleased with the results. Holli used a combination of ART, including dry needling, deep tissue massage, and exercise. I also kept running during the treatment. My plantar fasciitis is nearly gone and I can run like I used to. I can't recommend Rose Physical Therapy enough!
