I LOVE practicing with Amy. I've tried many different yoga studios and teachers and I finally found someone who truly connects the physical, mental and spiritual practices together. I get a great workout every time but more importantly I love the way I feel after each class. Her classes are challenging but never punishing. Practicing with Amy is so inspiring! Thank you Amy!

Amy has created an amazing studio. I love the tall ceilings, the calming vibe and great yoga. I am coming back after not practicing for a bit and they are great about helping me modify so that I can get a great work out but stay healthy. Every teacher that I've had class with has been awesome and I really appreciate the care this studio puts into making sure that every class is well staffed with a great instructor.

This is a wonderful studio. Very calming atmosphere, including complimentary essential oils. Very good instruction, the class was personalized, and offered at a great price!

Amy was very friendly and offered a calming, but sweat building, mandala driven sequence. The studio is new, and refreshingly simple. There was plenty of opportunity to skip, or build on, depending on what you needed for yourself; a true all-levels Vinyasa class. I learned a new pose, I practiced familiar poses, and I did it all in a comfortably temperature controlled, natural light filled space.

I've practiced with Amy for a couple of years so I was thrilled to find out she was opening her own studio just blocks from my house. She is a wonderful teacher. Root is a beautiful space. It is spacious and grounded. The light and natural woods, the high ceilings and small touches combine beautifully. At 85 degrees, it's wonderfully warm, not hot. Editing to add that I took Chelsea's class for the first time tonight and I found her to be wonderful too!
