  If I could give Roofing Rain or Shine (RROS) ten stars I would. Thank goodness I found Phil Coates, owner of RROS. I got seven bids on my roof. Phil was the only one who made me feel like he actually cared about my project. His quote was the most professional and thorough of all the bids. He quoted high quality materials and the latest roofing technics for things like venting. His pricing was extremely fair. ...

  Happiness is rainy weather and a dry ceiling! They fixed our roof in an afternoon and now our leak is gone! Prompt, efficient, reasonably priced!

  Phil Coats of Rain or Shine quickly came to our assistance when we had a leak in the roof of our 1926 Grant Park, Portland Home. He was very patient in explaining in easily understandable terms his assessment of the problem and recommended fix. I was immediately impressed by his honesty and integrity and feel his work is of the highest caliber - he cares! I would gladly recommend him to our friends.

  Phil not only replaced our entire roof for a great price they did a fantastic job. The best part of Rain or Shine is that Phil truly cares about the service he is providing. I would highly recommend Roofing Rain or Shine!!!!

  Phil Coats was a lifesaver! When we recently had a problem with our roof, Phil quickly weighed in and diagnosed the source of the problem. He advised us on various aspects of the roof, dormer and stucco siding of our 1926 house and how to best repair the problem. He coordinated with our stucco expert (we're currently living overseas and our NE Portland-Grant Park home is rented) We were very impressed by Phil's expert knowledge, honesty, integrity and excellent customer service. We will be glad to refer him to friends and neighbors. Thanks Phil!
