  I called to ask about their pet grooming services and some how ended the conversation with a list of new foods to try and things to look out for in my dog. I didn't have to spend a dime for the owner to give me a bit of her time and educate me about the foods i thought were healthy which could really be harmful to my dog. I didn't get her name but she was a delight to speak to so i will definitely be taking my dog in for her hair cut at Rocco and Jezebel!

  I just moved to Brooklyn Heights a few weeks ago with my 14-year old Maltese and I am so glad to have found Rocco and Jezebel! The people in the store, in particular the woman whom I assume is the owner, are wonderful and have lots of care for the animals that come in. I had no worries leaving my pup there for grooming, and when I returned to pick him up he was clean, adorable, and in good spirits! The store has fantastically high quality and special treats, and is reasonably priced, particularly for the area. I won't go anywhere else!

  I miss having this store so close to my home. My dog Pete and I would stop by several times a week after the dog park to get NATURAL/ORGANIC TREATS. They sell amazing products all around from food, toys, clothing and treats! I never used them for boarding or grooming but know many many many many people in the community whom swear by Andrea and her staff. I was in some legal trouble about a year ago and she even wrote me a character letter which was very heart warming! I truly miss being able to drop by and shoot the sh*t and get some amazing treats and food for my dog. Im not sure how anyone could give this biz anything less than 5 stars!!!! I look forward to moving back east to Brooklyn one day to be a customer again. The purple hair cat lady is pretty cool 2 ;)

  This place succeeds on GREAT customer service and fantastic grooming. My small fluffy dog is a stereotypical pain in the ass and always needed to be muzzled at previous groomers. Here he was relaxed did not need to be muzzled and seriously had the best haircut ever.

  Andrea, John, Hillary and their whole team are top notch. Our girls drag us down Pineapple Walk to get there and are always disappointed if it is just for a visit or grooming rather than a week long stay. Not sure what we would do without them.
