Rodica’s journey began in 1977, when she attended design school in Europe. Given the blessing to come to America, Rodica began her career working at high end boutiques in Atlanta, Georgia. She was given the opportunity to lead the team at Saks Fifth Avenue in Phipps Plaza.
In 1996, Rodica felt compelled to fulfill her dream and open RL Couture Bridal Design. The launch of RL established a magnificent blend of timeless elegance and new modern design. Using the finest materials and intricate beading, each dress is a handmade piece of art. Rodica’s detail on her gowns and veils, using the finest laces, has earned become her forte.
Since the launch of RL Couture Bridal Design, Rodica’s original designs have been featured in Atlanta Magazine, In Style, The Knot, Style Me Pretty, Season and The Atlantan. Most recently some of her work was featured in the 2015 Fall edition of Southern Seasons Magazine. Rodica has also designed many custom gowns for events such as The Blue & Gray Colonels Ball and Debutante Balls. Read more

GO TO RODICA! I made the mistake of going somewhere else and my dress got butchered. Rodica took me in the week of my wedding and fixed my dress OVERNIGHT. Her work is beautiful. She is an extremely sweet person. Don't go anywhere else for alterations!!!

Thank you so much Rodica for making my wedding gown perfect!!! I bought my gown up in Pennsylvania last year when I was visiting my sister. and had it shipped here to my home in Atlanta. Once here I needed to find someone to alter the dress to fit me. Truthfully I looked here on Yelp and read reviews and Rodica Lazarian Couture Bridal Design stood out with so many wonderful reviews. ... I highly recommend Rodica! Thank you so much Rodica for making my wedding gown so perfect! I have never felt as beautiful as I did on my wedding day in that gown.

Rodica was a pleasure to work with. My dress was a sample dress that was heavily intricate and beaded. It needed to be hemmed and she did it all with ease. It came out perfect. She is extremely talented and exceeded my expectations.

Rodica is a busy woman. Very high demand! But when you meet with her, she gives you all the time in the world. On top of being incredible at her profession, she is soooooo easy to work with and just gets it. I had my first fitting here and just had the best time with her. She is hilarious and really made me feel at ease. My final dress fitting went perfectly and my dress was amazing. Rodica is really one of a kind and is the best at what she does!!

Rodica must have hands that are blessed by the Gods! Rodica took my frumpy, matronly, oversized, unflattering wedding dress and transformed it into a couture beauty. As you can see in the photos, my dress has come a long way all thanks to Rodica. Rodica altered the silhouette of my dress from a modified a-line into a mermaid and she removed a layer of netting in the illusion neckline to make it sheer. ... I would recommend Rodica to anyone who needs the peace of mind that their wedding dress is in very capable hands
