Very cool store, loved the interior, it turned out the owner is an architect! Loved the plateware and house items that they carry. It was so zen to walk around the store. The staff was very helpful with providing information on certain items.

Beautiful, minimalist, a real treat to walk around and transport yourself from the busy city exterior to calm interior. The store associates are always very helpful and friendly, and I love what is clearly a carefully/tastefully curated selection of goods from Japan that you'd be hard-pressed to find elsewhere. They also have a website - haven't ordered from there before, but wider selection and around the holidays do some discount fukubukuro mystery bags.

This place is incredible, it has a "Best of Philly" for shopping experience sign on the door and after finally going in i understand why! The store itself is beautiful and smells lovely, and the people working there were so friendly and accommodating, and even offered me tea to warm me up! They showed knowledge of their products and were so helpful. Such a peaceful, beautiful store!
