I manage restaurant properties and we had a severe pipe leak which caused the restaurant to shut down. I found Right Away Plumbing and told them the situation and they were out within 2 hours. They made a quick trip to get materials specific to the large piping required in the basement and were back the same evening and made all the necessary repairs so we could open the next morning. They gave me a price in advance, sent me pictures of the completed work as I wasn't at the restaurant at the time and called me the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory. I wish all our contractors could respond, communicate and follow up like these guys. Needless to say, they're on my quick dial now.

I called Right Away around 10:30am, and I was told that someone could stop by same day between 4-5. If that wasn't already quick enough, I received a call back about an hour later asking if they could stop by in the next 30 minutes instead - which I was happy to allow. George came over and solved my problem in less than 10 minutes. George was super nice, very knowledgeable and even helped out with something else that I didn't even inquire about. I would highly recommend calling Right Away first, as the company that is rated above them on Yelp (not sure how) quoted me $130 more over the phone to come out and solve my issue that took George just a few minutes. Will definitely use again!!

Other companies, NONE are any close to right away plumbing. These guys are professional, prompt, experienced, and FAIR. I have had different plumbers come out and they are all great, George being the best plumber I have ever had to deal with. Dealing with Edwin at the office in regards to scheduling and such is as easy as it gets. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended, you will not find anyone better in the city!
