Owner Andie has created a health and healing oasis in Annapolis, Maryland. Offering numerous modalities from group yoga classes and individual sessions to tai chi, acupuncture, Reiki and Energy Balancing, detox body wraps facials, massage, craniosacral therapy, natural manicure/pedicure, chiropractic services and even more. When you step into the retreat, the environment is calming and friendly. Also, there are lovely items for sale in the mini boutique from yoga props and clothes to handmade gemstone jewelry and candles and specialty skin products. It's a rare find in the area of yoga, fitness, health and wellness. A welcome retreat.

This review is for one teacher specifically, and that is Paul Malley. He is a wonderful yoga teacher- go to his class and you will learn a TON about your body, the science of yoga, and an authentic approach to mindfulness. Paul is the real deal: he doesnt reduce yoga to some feel-good, new-agey fitness party. He has decades of hours logged on the mat and you can tell he stands in awe and admiration of the practice. He's a teacher's teacher and there is no one like him in the world. Trust me, I've been looking.

I love this place. It is truly a sacred space for yoga and similar healing and restorative arts. Classes vary by teacher so if one doesn't meet your needs try another. The space is unique, I have spent much time on that bamboo floor in what feels like a tree house setting, being cared for by teachers who are skilled and intent to get you out of your world and strengthen you to face challenges you are bound to encounter in life when you leave.

I miss this place so much, I went here for 2 years while I lived in Annapolis and they have the best yoga classes and the most diversity of them I've ever seen in a studio.
