Revolution Cycles - Madison, WI

Bike Shop

Revolution Cycles is a small but vibrant full-service bike shop on Madison’s east side. We have prided ourselves on being a “commuter shop,” working to keep Madison’s daily riders on the move, but we work on all bikes. We believe every rider and every bike deserves the same care and attention as any other. We think the bicycle should be approachable and accessible to everyone. We are always willing to work with our customers to figure out a fix for an old bike or customize a build for a new one. Read more

Good people and even better skills! They treat everyone that walks in their door the same. And the shop cat is pretty great too!

I find the atmosphere of this bicycle shop in this 19th century antique building quite warm and friendly... and likewise the folks that help ya out! My new bike was prepped with an Accommodation of my request. Nice to work with an established local business and dedicated mechanics with a work ethic. My bike looks and works awesome, no issues. Thank you all for your time.

Best LBS in Madison, hands down. They have great people on board who know biking, solid human priorities, the 'must have' ParkTools for sale, and used parts galore in the basement to support people who work on their own bikes.

I had a really positive experience here recently when buying a new bike. The salesman/mechanic, Mitch, was super patient with me as I did not know exactly what I was looking for. It quickly became apparent that he was interested in getting me on the right bike and not just getting me out the door. Low pressure, good information and good guidance. If I didn't know better I could have mistaken him for the owner. Later when picking up my newly assembled bike and meeting the actual owner, Jeff, I was further assured that I was in good hands and had gone to the right shop. Overall I have found the shop and all of the employees to be very professional yet friendly and welcoming. I will continue to use them as my one-stop shop. Very impressed with this business--I can't say enough about their service.
