  They are very professional and friendly, and go the extra to please. They bring the equipment to you and fir you in your condo. A very convenient way to get your equipment.

  Excellent service and very accommodating. Enough cannot be said about the staff and their customer service. These guys know their stuff. They made it a point to remember our names and greet us each morning and afternoon. They make you feel like a local. Our kids were perfectly fitted, and I had the chance to demo some excellent performance skis. Strongly recommend the Gold program. Each morning our equipment was primed and ready to go - virtually no wait time. It is located at the base of the mountain and quite close to the ski lesson rally point. Highly recommend it! We will be back next year.

  Convenient, great staff, and will definitely rent from there again! Kaitlyn was awesome and was a huge help when I returned skis for a friend!

  This place is the best ski shop anywhere. I just got back from my 3d trip to Beaver. I have been to 2 other mountains for a total of 5 different ski shops. The "Gold Club" is by far the best of all. For only ten more dollars per day, you get personal service, professional and knowledgeable staff, and genuine courtesy. They run around like ants with smiles on their faces. You walk to their slope-side shop with your street shoes and ski clothes on, sit on a bench, and they literally bring your boots to you and put them on your feet. They put your skis by the door, hand you your poles, and store your shoes and any other gear you need. I will never consider any other shop, this is it! I will say that I witnessed a few rude customers who thought they should have the staff stop everything they were doing and help only them. The staff handled themselves like Ambassadors, and did everything they could to provide the best service. FOR FUTURE CUSTOMERS, please have a little patience, skiing is very popular, and yes, sometimes you have to wait a minute or two. But this place does it better than any I have ever experienced.
