This is a quality establishment that I plan to recommend and revisit. I was actually recommended Reino's by a corporate rideshare service driver and I lucked out two months ago for a wedding!

I was in NYC attending a company's investor day and my zipper broker while relieving myself. I was mortified for several obvious reasons, but moreso because this was part of a custom suit I had made in Singapore. I was worried the suit was going to the graveyard because the zipper died.

I was FREAKING OUT about getting a very complicated bridesmaids dress tailored in one day, and Reino's managed to do everything perfectly within 7 hours!!! They were extremely kind and helpful, gave me good advice about the length, and they even gave me a discount when I felt that the price was a little high. The work on my dress was very difficult and involved hemming five layers, removing and reattaching a zipper, adjusting straps, and tailoring the sides and bust, and it was all done perfectly for $150 (including two discounts). I couldn't be happier!!!
