I'm giving REI 5 stars simply because one of their shoe salespeople, Mickey, helped me find a great pair of sneakers. I wanted a pair of very comfy, padded sneakers because I'd been having heel pain for months. I tried on a bunch of different shoes that Mickey suggested and in the end, the Brooks Gylcerins were the winner. I love them, wear them all the time, and would never have picked them off the shelf on my own. Thanks for all your help and patience, Mickey!

I’ve been a member for a long time, I have bought gear ranging from bikes to camping gear. Very helpful in multiple areas and overall comparable pricing with a fantastic return policy

I love REI, always have! So my friends and I knew we had to visit the flagship store while we were in town, and are glad we made time for a visit! This place is AMAZING! We were blown away!

First of all, this place is humongous! I've been to 2 story REIs before, but this place is at least 2-3 times bigger than those stores. Take your typical Best Buy store, but make it a bit bigger and 2 stories, and I'd say that's how big this place is. ... -

When I'm in America, this is the only store to come to! This is a store that unfortunately is not near me when I split my time between Éire and Hawai'i. If ye want clothes or gear that last, this is the place ye want to happily hand your good hard money over to.
