The Colorado Springs REI ski shop does top notch work. Just got a tune for my skis, very impressed the bases were repaired and look brand new, less than 24hr turn around very fair prices. What I thought was really cool is that even though they’re obviously slammed they took the time to answer tuning questions etc. They offer super informative classes throughout the winter also. Thank you!

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for my first pair of hiking boots and Dennis was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate. I left with an amazing pair of Salomon boots and couldn’t be happier.

Great REI with a great selection. This store has really expanded their selection recently. Went in recently to buy a pair of skis because they have a great selection this year. I was looking for the 2018 Armada ARV 116 JJ, and they had it in stock in all lengths, as soon as it was available. If you shop at REI, become a member. It is free and you get 10% back on your purchases as a dividend at the end of the year.

Such an amazing store with really helpful employees! My son's laces broke on his solomon's, and I came into the store this morning to buy new laces. They weren't in stock, but I was offered a complete exchange on the shoes with no questions asked! Thank you so much, you were more helpful then the company itself (Solomon), who didn't offer any type of assistance, other then buying new laces on their website for $10 plus tax and shipping.

Tonight I attended a Bike Maintenance class with Amanda at the Woodmen store. It was MOST excellent and Amanda is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable, engaging and passionate! I learned so much and am grateful to have this wisdom as I embark on my next bike ride. ���
