Great articulate and knowledgeable staff. I ordered a frame swap after cracking the frame on my eight-year-old carbon/aluminum road bike. I love all the components on my old bike and the staff agreed that a frame swap was a good move, matching a used Trek road bike frame and carefully checking an array of fit dimensions--in fact, the Recycled Cycles tech checked more fit aspects for me than I had done when I initially purchased the bike from the original retailer. This will be the second bike we've acquired through Recycled Cycles and our family remains very happy with all aspects of their service.

Recycled Cycles has a good selection of used and new goods but their service is second to none in the city. They will make quick repairs, find the same part you need in a used bin, or tell you that you don't actually need that expensive thing, you can get by with this. That is a lost art and they are truly a customer first organization with knowledgeable, staff who will do a quick derailleur in between all their other jobs, and some times say "ah, we'll get you next time when you ask how much you owe." I love this place.

Professional service, wide selection, and reasonable prices. These factors alone make Recycled Cycles stand out, but the personal touch on every purchase, repair, and tune-up is what makes this bike shop truly great. The staff here really cares!

We bought a bike for my 9 year old son here yesterday. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. They went the extra mile and even gave him bike stickers from one of the salesperson's personal collection. Awesome shop, great people.

Bought a bike here. Good bike good price. My first bike in many years. The ones on display had kickstands, the one they sold me did not. They've got a free 30 day installation policy, but they make you wait for them to finish working on all the bikes in front of you. So if the line is 5 people long you literally have to wait in line for hours. They could really benefit from a better repairs queue system.
