  Ron did an excellent job and was completely thorough. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My kids loved seeing his drone fly around the roof of the house. They thought it was the coolest thing ever. We are very glad we got the inspection done. Even though our house is a new build, he found SEVERAL items of concern to us that we are now going to bring up to our builder. Including a small gas leak. We are very thankful for him! Would recommend Ron, hands down.

  I had Skip Moody do my inspection where I was the buyers agent for me and my fiance. We are first time home buyers and Skip was very personable and did such a great job answering all my questions as they came up. He did a very thorough job and took lots of notes and pictures. He also brought me a goody bag with a measuring tape, snacks, water, paper and a pen so that I had something to do while he was inspecting. I would highly recommend RW West Inspections to any of my future clients!

  We used Ron for the inspection of two different houses. On the most recent one, Ron spotted a number of issues I overlooked although I already had a long list of todo's. I am glad I spend the extra $$ to get the holistic picture of repairs to do to our rental before we put it back on the market.

  The inspection went very well. We had Robert Pickering come out a couple of days later to do the inspection, and he took about 3 hours to complete it. He was very thorough in the inspection, and even spent some time walking around the house with me to show and explain what exactly he was talking about in his report with some suggested solutions. ... He was overall very friendly and very helpful, and I would highly recommend these services to anyone else!
