I've bought a majority of my bikes from here. they are always willing to stop and talk about anything; especially if a beer is included. They sponsor weekly bike rides, support local trails, and local events. They have always gone way beyond the call of duty to help customers out; whether it's taking off a rear sprocket (at no charge) when you don't have the tool or special ordering parts they don't carry. Great local bike shop located right in the heart of the UP.

I am SO impress with the people of Quick Stop Bicycle! The store has a relaxed vibe and the employees are trustworthy and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

As a female bike shopper who had been turned off by my visit to a competitor, I appreciated being treated as a customer, first and foremost. Whereas the competitor griped that my preferred bike brand had "too many models" & indicated I was shopping too late in the model year to get what I wanted, Quick Stop had the exact bike (in the exact colors) I was looking for, leading to a quick sale for the enthusiastic staffer. The entire crew did a great job. I am not from the Marquette area so I called up there a few times before coming up and they were extremely helpful and patient when I asked questions about where to ride. Also, even though the don't know me, I asked them if they would put some product aside for me and I would pick it up when I came up there the following weekend. They didn't hesitate and didn't ask for any money down and the product was there when I arrived on Saturday morning with my name on it and they also installed it on my bike. Great Job!!!! Thank you very much and I highly recommend these guys.
