When they retired in the mid-1990’s, I was sad to see them go. One of their sons took over the company for the next 8 years, then offered to let me buy the business in 2003. My wife and I decided to buy the business and run it just like Tom and Granny did—a personal touch and honest, top-notch service.
I believe in building long-term relationships with my customers. I just did a job for a customer whose family we have been servicing for 30 years. Over the years, we’ve done work for three generations of that family.

I wasn't actually here when they did the work. They gave us a new garage door. The new is great and the total cost was like $600 $700.

My garage door spring broke a couple months ago, called Quality first thing in the morning and spoke to Bob. He explained to me all there is to know about garage springs (single and double). They arrived about noon and completed the repair in about 30 minutes. I felt the price was reasonable for the great customer service I received.

Today I called because I replaced my garage door sensors and couldn't get the sending sensor to turn on. Called Bob and he gave me a suggestion to check the wire. It worked. -

I highly recommend this company. I chose them because of their previous reviews and definitely was not let down. Very polite, honest, early for their appointment (which is always a plus) and fixed an issue that was created by a previous garage door company that would not come back and try to resolve my problem.

Quality Door Service is wonderful!! I was already running late for work and then my garage door refused to go up! I called them praying that they could come quickly. I spoke with Bob who said he'd be there in an hour. Less than an hour after my call he showed up. He quickly found the problem (a cable had come off) and fixed it in no time. My past experiences with other door companies were not great, so I was pleasantly surprised! Plus the cost was very reasonable. Not only didhe fix the problem, he showed me what I needed to do to maintain the door. I will definitly use them again and recommend them to all my friends.Thank you Bob!
