Really friendly staff and the doctor had a great bedside manner. They took good care of my cats and even gave me a $75 discount for being a new customer.

Dr. Liff and her team was wonderful in treating our lab puppy with Parvo. We our thankful we found this facility was open on a Sunday, as the options were looking grim. Because she treated Ruby immediately, we did not have to turn to hospitalization. We are forever grateful.

THANK YOU !!! Truly grateful that they helped my pooch!! She's doing great today !! I …The Doc I think it was Dr. Liff perhaps ?? (I was in a daze from sitting up with my dog all night) was really kind and sincere and professional. No lectures about how they were "pressed for time" or anything. They attended to my dog's pain with compassion and efficiency and my dog got the medicine she needed that day to have a goods nights sleep.

My dog means everything to me: so it's a total relief to know this place is in the neighborhood. The receptionists are polite and kind. The Tech Guy - "nurse guy" assistant was really good at calming me down as I was upset and I think he knew it and just asked some questions about the dog and how I got her and spoke in a calm tone which I appreciated as well. Everyone was really great. I would def recommend this place to a friend and will be returning for my dog's next check up as well. -
