Two months ago I posted a negative review and I was totally wrong! I accused them of stealing items. They did not! I found one of the items in a tote on my patio and the other item elsewhere. I am so very sorry. I had an MP3 player stolen from carpet cleaners once so I was extremely suspicious. Again I am so sorry.

Using Pure Green Cleaning Service again for our move-out cleanings as we get ready to leave San Antonio this summer. Still impressed. Jennifer is in the office now and Alejandra is the business manager, both are great to work with! They sent out a team of 3 wonderful gals and cleaned my whole house (2300 sq ft) for $202 with a military discount...about $100 less than I'd been quoted by another company. They'll be back to do my move-out cleaning which runs more due to cleaning the interior of cabinets, appliances, etc. ...

My carpets really needed a good cleaning. I had used other cleaning companies, but it seems all they did was "push" the stains into the carpet, where they hid, and then a few days later they resurfaced. So, the first question I asked was do they actually get rid of the stain or just hide it! They assured me that they get RID of it. They came out last Friday and did an OUTSTANDING job, but I waited until today to write my review to see if the stains were truly gone - THEY ARE GONE!!!! And my carpet feels so "fluffy" again!! I really can't believe it's the same carpet - it looks NEW!!! I have found my carpet cleaners for life!!! They were professional yet friendly. They come in, work hard, and finish the job in just a few hours. The carpet dried relatively fast, so I was able to get my home back in order before the evening. I would highly recommend Pure Green for your carpet cleaning - they really do give you a "new" carpet!!!!!
