  I have been to this studio 3 times. Manny, one of the instructor, is exceptional. He radiates calmness and his eyes and smile bring joy.

  I absolutely positively adore pulse yoga! The location is super close to my house and the studio has the best energy. I love all the salt rocks that are on the front window. There must be over 100 of them. Everyone of the teachers are truly gifted and offer something different in their expertise. The men and women who come and practice yoga are wonderful too. We sometimes will talk for quite a while after class or go grab lunch. I've learned a few great things from these convo's. Pulse offers everything from stretching classes to beginners classes to advanced classes. The price is definitely worth the investment in yourself. It's totally affordable. If your new to yoga or advanced I guarantee you won't regret coming in for your first free class.

  Great variety of yoga styles represented between all the teachers here, catering to all levels. Big, beautiful space. And affordable. What more could you want
