This is by far the best, most reliable and honest company I have ever used. These guys stayed in constant contact about our cellphone repair with both text and email, and the pricing....well it was more then fair considering I was able to have them come out to our hotel and not fight traffic or long lines in a store! We were blessed to have Jose as our technician and man, if you wanna talk about customer services we with a smile and the best attitude...it's him!!! Thank again guys for helping us out while we were out of town! Now open up in Dallas Texas!!!!!

My iPhone screen shattered and I was getting the runaround from our insurance company. Because it's an older model, Puls was able to fix it for 1/3 the price of paying my deductible. And the technician come to my apartment, on my own schedule, and fixed it right at my own kitchen table. (And gave me other good phone advice as well!). I found the service fast, easy, and friendly.

Johnathan came to our corporate office to repair a coworkers iPhone screen. I happen to be waking by and asked if he could also fix my iPhone 6 while he was there. He had the parts to fix my phone and finished in under 15 minutes. He tested my phone to ensure it worked correctly and also pointed out my camera lens was broken and he gave me a few options to repair or replace the camera. Johnathan did a great job and I will be recommending your service and Johnathan to everyone in the office

Malek Chaaban just left my home after repairing my iPhone. He needed to replace the speaker inside the phone. He arrived on time, was very efficient and professional, and completed the task quickly. He obviously is a master technician and I would highly recommend him and Puls for future repair needs. He is commended for completing this repair timely and making my phone once again work properly.

My phone got wet and couldn't charge anymore. The technician took it apart and replaced the charging port. Niw my phone can charge again and not its all working normally. Technician fixed it under 30 minutes and satisfied with service and outcome.
