  I got a new rear wheel for my ebike. It was tubeless and set up effortlessly. I then set two new PR on Strava segments on the first ride. 1 by 7 seconds, and one by 10. Very happy with this new rocket wheel.

  Couldn't be happier with my wheels! I had a problem with the wheel set I ordered, totally my fault and Richard took care of me! Great craftsmanship and outstanding customer service! I will definitely be ordering from pro wheel builder again! Highly recommended!

  They've built three wheel sets for me in the past four years. Each one was built very well and they've never had an issue. I've had to change orders twice and they were accommodating each time and communicated well. It's a big decision to sink $1000 into a wheel set sight unseen, and I was skeptical prior to placing my first order, but I am very happy with their work and will come back to these guys for all my wheels in the future.

  I worked with Preston. He is an awesome guy helped me out a lot. I am 6'2 270lb and I like to do the enduro/downhill/freestyle stuff with my hardtail. Being as big as I am I trashed some rims in a really nice rock garden. If it was not for Preston and his team I would have stopped riding, he gave me the wheels to bomb through anything I want to with no damage whatsoever. He gave me the confidence again that my bike could keep up with me and that I did not have to worry the whole time if my bubblegum quick release would flex under my jumps. I honestly feel like I am riding rails. The best experience I have had from any store in a long long time. I would recommend these professional and outstanding men to any person who asked me where I got the awesome looking and performing wheels I have. Thank you Preston so much for taking care of me!
