  It's been almost 10 months since Pristine Pools replaced our pump and everything is still running great. I did have a short in my pool solar temp sensor and that was keeping me from turning on the pool's solar system. I didn't understand why and Matt explained it to me. He also gave me guidance on the best rpm to use with my variable speed pump to achieve the best results when using the solar option. Always quick to respond to an email or voicemail. Great customer service!!

  We have a 15 year old pool that had a few problems. Garrett and the team from Pristine have our pool working like new. They are always on time, communicate very well with the customer, and do great work. We called them because we heard good things from others in Livermore.....I am happy to say it is all true. We will be using Pristine for any pool maintenance needs in the future.

  Great service and Matt is a super nice and informative guy. He's like talking to a friend. Honest, friendly, no pressure. All of his staff are kind, always smile and say hello. Pool looks great year round!
