My experience with the alterations of my bridal gown has been nothing short of top-notch. I had sleeves added to my dress-something I was actually a bit nervous about when I dropped my beautiful dress off. I had two fittings and everything went flawlessly. The dress I will wear next month is exactly what I had pictured, and I'm so grateful for the expertise of the seamstress who made this happen!

A lot of stuff about my wedding dress required modification - and I only had a few weeks to do it. Sleeves were added, the bodice was taken out, the train was removed, the length was shortened, a few layers of fluff were removed. And it was perfect. I highly recommend them!!!

Despite the bad reviews, I actually received very good service. My wedding was In March, and at the end of February I was told to just walk-in and not make a appointment but dureing the wk when the are slow. I had four bridesmaid dresses that needed alterations and all of them were able to get measured and completed in less then two weeks. They were also not expensive at all. The even altered a top for my mother. I was happy and didn't have any customer service complaints.
