Troy came out and did an amazing job! Knowledgeable, reasonable and actually figured a way for me to save money. To have someone doing a job around the house. I have been ripped off and charged way too much. This company is GREAT! Troy was wonderful. I will most definitely use him again.

I have had to call Pop-A-Lock two times in the last six weeks because of flat tires. In both cases the tech arrived very promptly. I even had the same tech in both cases, Nick! I appreciate his professionalism, his good attitude and demeanor. I would never hesitate to recommend Pop-A-Lock to anyone. They do good work. Thanks Nick!

I was stranded outside my house with a un-socialized dog that I could not leave along in the back yard when Maurice pulled up ready to help me. I told him about the dog and explained the situation - with both the dog I was handling and about a houseful of dogs he was getting into - and he was cool with it. He got in the door and only opened it a tiny bit as all the dogs were barking. Was very appreciative that he let me handle everything on the inside. Appreciated the time he spent answering questions. He was genuine and very personable. Thank you Maurice!
