  I've been going to Plano Eye Associates, Dr. Tran in particular, for somewhere between 5 and 10 years. It's a VERY thorough eye exam but I like that there's the ability to get a good retinal scan w/o having to be dilated. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've not had any unduly long waits, normally being seen in a very timely manner.

  Absolutely love Plano Eyes Associates - West. Dr. De Maggio and her staff are amazing! They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, take their time with you, answer all of your questions and are extremely thorough. Nina is also amazing at helping to find the perfect glasses!

  I have been here for a check up and it was great. Very smooth. The reason for the review is because I scratched my eye and called them on a Saturday morning. Even though they were booked for the day, they told me to come in and they would work me in. They warned me that there would be a wait, but I barely waited. I was in and out in under an hour and received excellent care. Did you know that a patch on your eye is no longer a pirate patch, but just a little contact?! Amazing. I will be going back to these guys for a long time.

  I had lasik vision correction 10 years ago and had only been seeing an optometrist at the VA occasionally. I decided that since I'm a Type II diabetic that I should get a regular examination outside of the VA. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and extent of my eye exam with Dr. Castleberry and his staff.

  I've been going to Dr. Castleberry for several years. He is always friendly and very thorough. He explains things well, and answers any questions I may have. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor and his office.
