  My family has been going to PK's for as long as I can remember. They always have great rental options, are incredibly kind and helpful, have great deals, and rent great skis and boots to my entire family.

  Great customer service and much lower demo prices than you'll find at the mountain. They also let you reserve demos in advance, which Sun Valley Co/Pete Lane's does not let you do. I rented last weekend, near the end of the season when they were already selling off their demos, but they put the skis i wanted aside so that no one would buy then and I could rent them. They also take great care of the skis-- the ones I rented looked new, and I learned they tune each ski every week. I liked the skis I demoed and they ended up giving me a great deal on them. Highly recommended.

  World Class. After several family ski trips to various resorts and renting ski gear at each stop, I can unequivocally say that PK's was the best experience I have ever had. The gear was top notch and only trumped by the service.

  Needed a ski binding adjustment. Called around several places in Ketchum and Hailey, and found the best prices at Paul Kenny's. Ski servicing is located in the rental shop (down the block from the PK's clothing/sporting goods store). Staff was extremely patient and helpful, (especially I think his name is Brian?). I had some very specific questions about bindings, as I was trying to find something that would still be adequate from the local thrift stores, which in the winter are full of skis. They were extremely helpful, and even gave me the "friend's and family discount" because I was having multiple skis serviced (and just because they were feeling nice I think). Definitely an inviting family-run feel to this business.
