  As a transplant to Greenville I was worried about finding a MTB friendly shop with both an ability to service but also to stock MTB specific gear. This shop has all the great gear I want but they also have games, TV’s, a pump track and a fully stocked bar to unwind after a ride up the road at Paris Mountain State Park.

  Great customer experience. Ask the right questions to understand the customers needs. Very thorough bike mechanics in Jonathan and Josh. They also take the time to show customers like me how to repair and adjust different mechanisms on mine or my wife’s bikes.
  Finally the atmosphere of the shop is second to none. Folks like to go there not only to chat with and interact with the staff but also to just meet new people and enjoy the relaxed yet classy atmosphere.
  It’s the ideal bike shop that most search for but have a hard time finding. They certainly deserve recognition for their abilities, skills, setup and customer experience.

  Great bike shop- very fair prices for high quality bike mechanics. Also a fantastic place to grab a beer or play on a pump track. Family friendly.

  Great Bike Shop! Super friendly shop from my first time in. My kids ask all thru the week when we can head to Piney Mountain to ride the pump track, drink some milk, and eat snacks with the bike guys. Tad, Josh, and the rest of the crew are super knowledgeable on all makes and models of bikes, and do their best to get you in and out quickly. Ping Pong tables, lounging, brews, gear, and plenty of space for family friendly makes this our number one spot! Owning a Norco makes it a bonus!
