    I joined Pilates V when they opened initially and their instructors and offerings continue to improve. Giselli is a great V3 instructor and provides a zen experience while kicking your butt at the same time! She also plays great music. ...

    I am admittedly biased, as I just started teaching here, but I absolutely love being part of the Pilates V family. The teachers are amazing (and I've been teaching for 10 years, so I know what I'm talking about), the students always love to work hard, and the owners have thought of everything to make their studio and brand work beautifully for all parties involved.

    Pilates V is the bomb!

    I've been a student of the Reformer about 8 years now. My initial experience was with smaller group classes, anywhere from 2 to 6 people, but usually closer to 3 or 4. So when my former instructor cut her schedule significantly, I decided to check this place out on the recommendation of a friend. I was unsure how my experience in smaller classes would translate to a larger class size with a max of 12 students. So I took the v0 Intro as well as a single v1 class to acclimate myself to the Pilates V way. From there, I moved right into v2 and haven't looked back! ...

    I started pilates on my wife's suggestion to help myself build confidence in elbow that was injured and had required surgery. After a year and a half I can safely say that I still enjoy the challenge. Camilla, Erika, Giselli, and the rest of the instructors truly work with you, even in a full class. After a second surgery and back injury I was given ways to modify movements to prevent re-injury. The awareness I have of my body, my ability to focus and concentrate on movements, balance, core strength, endurance... Everything is better. I cannot recommend Pilates V more; if you're thinking of trying it, do it.
