  Locked my keys in my car (again) like a dumb-dumb (it happens more often than I'd like to admit), and was sent a smith from Pierre's after calling AAA. He was super friendly, got there quickly, had the door open in no time flat, and I was back in business (until next time, anyway.) Fast, friendly, and amazing service!   Outstanding service, and great price! Used them to help someone who was locked out of their vehicle, and the technician was there in like 5 minutes, got him right in, and stuck with the quoted price.

  Needed my key fob programmed so I called the shop and the man on the phone was extremely helpful. Was actually willing to talk to me and discuss the details of my situation rather than just rush me off the phone. I went in and he worked quickly to get the job done. Best yet, the price was almost half what I was getting quoted elsewhere. Would definitely recommend this shop!

  I have a 2009 Toyota Corolla, and bought a new transponder key on Amazon. I was unable to use any of the YouTube methods and messaged Pierre about programming my transponder key. He gave me some written instructions of how to do it myself, but he said if that didn't work, he had the programmer.
  
  It turns out this car has to have the programmer. At the store on Sunbeam, Greg got it programmed in just a few minutes. The cost was a fraction of what the dealer charged.
  
  Fast replies to your messages, great customer service, excellent prices, and work done in minutes. Can't ask for more than that!

  I am an imperfect human being as evident by the fact that I locked my car keys in my car while it was in my home garage. Who does that?! I called AAA at 5:30p and dispatched Pierre's Lock Shop. The ETA was 6:30p, Flip from Pierre's arrived at 6:15p (BAM, already fantastic because of his timeliness, especially during drive time on a Friday). Flip was so professional, courteous and quick! He was able to get my car unlocked in literally one to two minutes, tops. Flip and Pierre's Lock Shop saved the day!
