Everyone we dealt with was professional and pleasant. The environment was perfectly clean and comfortable.
Prior to going through the surgery myself I was told at length how this was the best group of surgeons in the southeast and I have no doubt that it is correct.

About 5 years ago, I was growing tired of my contact lenses and seriously considering LASIK surgery. I am a private pilot, and many of my pilot buddies encouraged me to go see Dr. Kozarsky at Piedmont Better Vision. ... He actually declined to perform surgery on me because there was a chance that results would not be 100% perfect for my lifestyle and activities. I was blown away by his honesty and commitment to the highest level of patient care. ... I still wear contacts and continue to see Dr. K for my vision care because he is absolutely the best. I was very nervous when I found out my regular doctor couldn't, for various reasons, do my surgery. But Dr Hamilton and his staff absolutely took care of me. At my initial examination, Dr Hamilton told me that, because of the size/shape of my eyes and my high prescription I was not an ideal candidate for this surgery. He said he could help me, but that he could not correct my entire prescription. I was a bit disappointed about this, so the doctor asked that I take my time considering whether or not I wanted to proceed. He was very clear that he wanted ME to make the choice with ALL the facts; He wanted me to be comfortable. My trust in him grew drastically when I realized how much I appreciated him giving me space to do what's best for me. After some pondering and discussion with my boyfriend, I called the office to schedule my surgery. Dr Hamilton and I both agreed that we would go ahead with the surgery with a goal of a small prescription still being needed...

Choosing Dr. K with Piedmont Better Vision for my Lasik treatment was the best decision I have ever made! The procedure was AMAZING, simple, painless, and took almost no time! The recovery period was 24 hours, and I was able to see perfectly for the first time in my entire life. This office is wonderful and very client orientated. Do yourself a favor and just go in for a consultancy. You won't regret it!
