  With many of my local Philly area bike shops turning into Trekbucks, it’s great to see a shop owned by local riders, that keeps it real. I recommend this shop based on following: Quality driven, knowledgeable, great mechanics, accommodating, they’re independent, great location and they ride.

  I called around to a bunch of places about bright lights for helmets and these guys were the expert's with lots of options in stock. You just can't beat that.

  This bike shop is awesome! I called in to ask if they should receive my bike that was going to get shipped from Chicago. It got there a little late but within one day they had set it up because I asked if it was possible. That's top customer service. Their staff was really friendly especially Nick. Wish I had a bike shop like this in Chicago.

  Sean (tech) and Max (owner) gave me great service, as well as some helpful tips. Friendly, fast service at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be a regular customer!

  Hands down, the best bike shop in Philly. Cool people and super knowledgeable. Just point at your bike and tell them the issue... KAPOW! It's fixed!

  My whole experience was informative and delightful! I first spoke with Lucas, who was very patient and interested in actually resolving the issues I was experiencing while biking. I next met with Sean for a bike fitting! Sean listened and helped resolve the issues with alterations to the seat/pedals. Sean took the time to explain why I might be experiencing pain in specific areas. I will most definitely be returning to Philly Bikesmith for any other bike related needs! Thanks again Lucas and Sean!
