Theresa has received a certificate in training from The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for Childhood & Adolescent Weight Management and Adult Weight Management. She is currently completing her Master's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics through Oklahoma State University's Distance Learning Program.
When Theresa is not spending time with her clients, she is an active food, nutrition and healthy living columnist for Philadelphia Media Network's Goal Getter Blog. Theresa is awesome! She customizes everything just for you. You will not be pawned off with diets that worked for others nor will you be forced to try and eat foods you do not enjoy. Theresa is flexible and goes over and beyond meetings to make sure you are striving towards your goals.
