  I rode my bike up there today to get my chain oiled and the lady who helped me was so nice! She not only had my chain oiled, she put air in the tires and helped me adjust my seat to my height as well as showed me some other bikes and answered a lot of questions. All at no charge! All 3 employees were very friendly and concerned with people enjoying their cycling experience. I will definitely be back for any bicycle needs!

  I cannot say enough about the patient professional customer service staff. I would recommend Performance to anyone interested in buying a bike or accessories. I'm really enjoying by bike too!!
