  Performance bicycle in Houston, Texas was friendly and helpful. They contacted me as soon as my bike was delivered and had it set up on my arrival. The mechanic visited with us and joked around with the regulars that were in the shop. They helped with pedaling technique advise as well.

  Came here a few months back when a buddy of mine needed a wheel replaced. Have been back several times since and always received great customer service from the very knowledgeable staff. Went on the Saturday ride this weekend and Jason and Bill were awesome.

  Just brought my bike in due to an issue I was having with my rear derailer. I had just purchased this bike and knew from the get go that it was never setup properly. Unfortunately at the time of my purchase, the technician working was very upset that he was at work and therefore reflected on his work. Today I walked up to the counter and was greeted by a very friendly technician named ben. He was not only very knowledgeable and professional bit very efficient. He was able to confirm that indeed the bike was not setup properly and was able to fix the bike in no time. Watching him work was impressive. He definitely saved my view on this location and will only work with him in the future. Ben is an amazing employee and technician.

  The employees are great and very helpful. And we're very patient with me, it was my first time buying a performance mountain bike. They went into detail about all the makes of bicycles they carry. Great customer service, had a little issue with my bike after a week or two. I brought it in to get looked at and in a matter of mins they fixed. I will definitely be back to get my bike serviced and upgrades.

  Great staff and great service!!
  Took the time to educate my wife in her new Gatorskins tires, did not over charge, and even checked the bike out for her.
  This will be my go to bike shop from now on even though we live in Richmond.. well worth the drive.
