  We noticed leaks after some particularly heavy wind and rain. Keith was recommended by another roofing company. Not only did he come out quickly, he even temporarily patched the roof the first day he came out to prevent leaks from expected rain for no charge. After the rain went away he returned with matching colored shingles to do the actual repair. He also fixed chimney flashing that was causing a separate leak. And all for a reasonable price. I'm very happy with Keith's work and professionalism.

  We had a tree limb that rubbed a hole in a part of the roof which we didn't realize until it was cut back. With the threat of torrential rains from Hurricane a Harvey, we knew we needed it repaired right away but didn't have much hope of getting it done with such short notice. Keith with Perfect Pitch came to our rescue, patching it like a pro. He was quick to return my call and provide a very reasonable quote after inspecting the damage. His work was thorough and he left the area clean of any debris. Definitely recommended!

  The biggest challenge in finding any contractor is trust - you never know if you can trust the person on the other end of the line when seeking a bid.

  He is extremely responsive, experienced, very meticulous and thorough, and does a fabulous job. And he is honest - this is a quality that is very hard to come by. I would hire him again in a heart beat should any roof repair needs come up in the future, and I cannot recommend him enough. ...

  Due to a contractor's inept remodeling work, I ended up with a persistent leak in my porch roof that I knew would be difficult to repair. I called other roofers, but they balked due to the challenges involved. Then someone recommended Keith, who they referred to as "the fixer." I called him that night and explained the situation; frankly, I expected him to decline, but Keith said he'd come by and have a look. When he arrived, I could almost hear the wheels turning in his head as he inspected the roof and considered his options.
  
  He gave me an estimate and a timeline that were far better than I imagined, and his work was precise, thoughtful, and thorough. He's also a pleasure to talk with. Keith is an old-school craftsman who isn't afraid of a challenge, who thinks before he acts,
  who is meticulous in his work because it pleases him--and he genuinely wants to please his client. I wasn't expecting the one-year warranty or his after-the-sale follow-up.

  Same as many others, noticed a leak on a wall. Like a good homeowner, I called multiple roofers for an estimate and found Keith's detailed estimate likely for the leak. He diagnosed the probable area for the leak (cuz you never 100% know til you start to take it apart). He emailed an itemized hi and low estimate for the repairs. He also warranties the repair, return 2X should there be a leak in the same area. He does the repairs himself, thorough and very detailed in explaining his repairs. I'm really happy I found an expert roofer in South Austin as roofing is definitely something I DO NOT ever want to tackle in this lifetime!
