They do a great job with my bike, they are casual and friendly, and they do terrific stuff in the community.

This easily the best bike shop in town. This guy really knows what he's doing, thumbs up... Dewey takes pride in what he does, so if you ever need a tune up, make your way down to the shop he'll treat you and you bike right

Just went in to talk wheels on a homemade diy doggie wheelchair and the staff was amazing. They hooked me up with some nice wheels AND TIRES for a great price...AND THEN offered any help they could at construction on the wheelchair for my pooch. I wish I could rate them higher.

We had a scheduled date on our bikes and took them in last week. I was not able to pick up the bikes for a week and the Team at the Pedal house was so awesome and let me keep them there for a whole week!!!! Here's the awesome part.....I live downtown and let a relative borrow my bike lock durring Jubilee Days and was an hour late meeting my wife. I didn't have a lock and had the challenge of walking 2 bikes to my place or downtown to meet the wife! I'm difficult I get that, BUT Joel offered to store my bikes ONE more day so I could meet my wife. How BA is that? The Pedal House will continue to receive my business and I will push everyone to their establishment. Keep up the great work and more importantly your genuine hospitality.

There's something special about this locally owned business that exudes the home town comfort of community. I originally come in to fix an an old bike I thought I could salvage. Dewey was first to greet me. His down to earth demeanor made the first time buying process less of a sales transaction and more like a welcoming to the bike community! He was so knowledgeable and was able to find me the perfect bike that catered to my every need. I was shock...
