    I had a home I wanted inspected before I went under contract with the seller. Paul came in and identified lead hazards and chips immediately. Some of them were so obvious to him that I didn't even need to have the surfaces tested. He saved me a lot of time and money and was super professional, prompt and knowledgeable. I decided not to buy that particular house and I will definitely be calling Paul to look over any property I am interested in until I find the right home. Thanks Paul!

    I met with Paul to have an inspection done on the property Iive in. He personally answered his phone when I called him on a off hour. He made an appointment to come right out and had a very fair price.

    Great communication was always made and he kept me up to date on the status of my results. I would STRONGLY recommend Paul if you need a lead test.
