I've been going to Paul's Automotive for several years and wouldn't dream of taking my vehicle anywhere else because of the good customer service that you get from the staff. They are friendly and I feel confident in their knowledge, honesty, and the fact that I can trust them with my vehicle.

Super helpful! I have been having a ton of problems with my a/c (at another shop) and they fixed it much quicker than expected. What I really appreciated is they found other minor issues and were able to send me pictures without trying to upsell. Very honest and reliable shop. I will be back!

Shaun is the new owner i never ever met some verry verry nice and helpfull person as this guy he 's listening to all what you said about your car and respond professionnally young but big in his knowledge about cars mecanic.

2016 makes 23 years. 6 cars (at least) and the same 4 or 5 guys in the shop.

Paul's retired, but the new owner was there when we were both single! It's a phenomenal experience to feel respected as a customer and these guys do that. They are honest and have been FAR more affordable than the dealership or chain places.
Their schedule is full for a reason. Lucky me, I'm part of the midtown OG who can get in! -
