Best salon in DC for color. If you want a color master who will actually listen to you and do something amazing..... go see Jefferson. He really does want you to be happy with your color.... and he's a hair cutting genius. I've been letting him do whatever he wants with my hair for DECADES now. Not kidding..... because he's that good. People have been stopping me in malls, on the street, in traveling..... for years asking me who does my hair, and it's why I carry his cards in my bag :-).

I have been coming here for years, though not as often as I should (read I get 2-3 haircuts a year.) Parlour is the first place where I have felt like everyone who touched my hair was an expert in my dry crazy curls - and it's not the first salon for which I've received a deva cut, it's just the best. Though expensive, it's worth every penny! If you've got curls. TREAT YO SELF.

I have been a client of Rebecca's and followed her to different locations before she opened Parlour. She is fantastic at cutting curly hair. She also is great at color. After I say whether I want to go with a longer or shorter style, I've let her have free reign and loved everything she's done. I've sent quite a few friends with curly hair to Rebecca over the years and now they are regular clients of hers too.

They know curls! I was in the area on a work trip and needed a cut. I wish I lived near this place. I discovered they specialise in curly hair. I even got a sheet on how to best care for my hair. Great cut
