  This shop is great. I've gone twice in the past 4 months, after accidents. Both times they were super quick to help me. I've interacted with a few of the different employees, they have all been great about listening to my problem, and then responding and fixing it. They have fixed it on the spot, while I wait, and I've been able to leave with my bike after less than half an hour. Both times they charged me less than $25 for the repairs, messed up brakes, bent wheels, and I've found they're good about explaining what they did and answering questions.
  
  Their rates are great, the staff is super helpful. I feel like a part of a community coming to this shop. The best part is the doggo who hangs out there, her wagging tail when I walked in made my day a lot better.

  Local small business. They do great work and there's always a dog in the shop. Been going there for years.

  Super responsive, reasonable prices. And, as others have said, they don't nickle-and-dime you either. Always interesting geopolitical discussions while you wait for your flat to be fixed!

  My favorite bike shop in NOVA. My friend recommended this place last year when I was looking to by my first hybrid bike. They walked me through options, and i test drove quite a few. I ended up buying Giant Roam and the bike is good as new after an year and half. I serviced the bike once (free first year service) and the bike was even better. When i had an issue with my rear brake and took the bike in, they found out the issue is pretty simple (I tightened the hydraulic cable too much when installing a kick stand, duh) and didn't charge anything for it. I will certainly recommend this place for your first, second and tenth bike purchase :-) i have been shopping around bike shops in NOVA and DC and this shop gave me the best experience on every visit.

  I bought my bike from Papillon about 3 years ago. I didn't get to use it avidly until a year or so ago. The staff is well knowledgeable and ready to help. I love being greeted by that beautiful and peaceful dog while my bike is being repaired. Thank you all at Papillon Cycles
