Doula is a Greek word meaning “woman caregiver.” Today doulas play an important role in the lives of mothers and their partners by providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support to couples during pregnancy, labor and birth, and in the early postpartum period.

I knew Paige personally before she attended the birth of our second child as our doula. Our little guy arrived when I was 38 weeks, on the day we were supposed to move. She came over right away once my water broke and helped organize everything for the birth and baby and gave me such peace of mind. During labor, she was an amazingly calm presence and kept a peaceful energy in the room with oils and music. I would highly recommend her as a birth doula or postpartum doula. ❤
