This is the best place to go! Lynda was so nice and professional, I just want to give her a shout out. Dr. Tran was extremely thorough with my exam. If you need to get an eye exam. This is the place to go!

The customer service here is great! I've been coming here for years for all my eye care needs. The staff and doctor are all very professional and took care of me. They didn't have the frames I wanted in stock but were able to order them in so I can try them on and make sure I would be satisfied.

The optometrist was super nice and helpful during the entire exchange! You get 20% off if you decide to not use insurance, which stacks with the $50 for $75 Yelp deal. My only semblance of a complaint is the limited selection of eyeglasses, but it's not really a complaint when I ended up with a pair that I love already! Go here if you're on the market for an eye exam / new eyeglasses / contacts.

The staff in this office is very professional and caring. Dr. Vu is very knowledgeable, kind and explains very clearly the results of her examination. Also, when I arrive, the staff salute me by my name, even when I don't have an appointment, and immediately take care of my needs. After many years in DFW and many optics, I finally found the one I want to stay with.

I take all my family here cause the optometrist takes her time, explains, and by no means looks like she's in a rush at all. I used to go to Vision Expo and would be there for a long time waiting to be called back and then just to be treated in such a rush. I refuse to go back to Vision Expo after coming to Optimum eye care. Love them! Definitely recommend! Would give them more stars if allowed cause they deserve it
